In episode 11 we talk about Food and Nutrition!  Nutritious food can taste good and here is the best news, we don't have to give up chocolate!  This episode has a lot of insight on the pleasure of food and the purpose it brings to our lives as we and our families change.

This episodes talks about: different diets and what they to us and for us, how to create habits, what are the must have spices, and the truth about cooking - it doesn't have to be daunting nor perfect!  This hit home for all of us: we see our bodies and metabolism change, our active lifestyle is different than our 20, 30 and 40 year old self and how that affects us.
